Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – GI Lab to provide comprehensive nursing care within a gastrointestinal procedural setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care in accordance with established policies and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in the GI Lab
• Collect, analyze, and organize patient care data
• Apply clinical assessment skills to determine patient status and procedural readiness
• Perform and assist with appropriate diagnostic and endoscopic procedures
• Implement care plans incorporating traditional and complementary therapies
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses during and after procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
RN01
Required Qualifications:
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification
• Medical-surgical experience with strong emphasis on assessment skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Endoscopy experience

• Ability to work efficiently in a procedural environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Team collaboration and patient education expertise
• Ability to concentrate and think clearly in a fast-paced clinical setting
