Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound patient interactions to complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visit forms Utilize customer systems to identify upcoming AWV appointments and assist with patient education Ensure compliance with privacy standards and complete documentation as required Required Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required, preferably in Georgia or a compact multi-state license Minimum 3 years of experience in a doctor's office or hospital setting High school diploma required; some college preferred Experience in the healthcare field and familiarity with medical terminology Typing speed of at least 55 wpm is preferred
