
Health Insurance Client Advocate in Falmouth, ME
Job Description
A company is looking for a Client Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit questions and issue resolution
Investigate and resolve claims issues related to medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy
Partner with internal teams and provide advocacy stewardship reporting on case outcomes and trends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Active Health Insurance (Life & Health) license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Prior experience in insurance carriers, employee benefits brokerage, or healthcare administration preferred
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard case management or CRM tools
