Health Navigator - Women's Health in Anchorage, AK

A company is looking for a Health Navigator to support members in Women's Health and First Year of Life programs. Key Responsibilities : Serve as primary contact for program members, providing education and navigation support Conduct outreach to engage women, pregnant members, and new parents Identify health and social needs; connect members to clinical teams and community resources Required Qualifications : Associate's Degree in education, communication, or health-related field or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in health navigation, care coordination, or member engagement (healthcare preferred) Demonstrate knowledge of women's health and infant care or willingness to learn Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in medical terminology
