Oversee and monitor resident care delivery and nursing interventions. Coordinate resident care delivery through collaboration with residents, families, physicians, team members, pharmacies, and third-party vendors. Ensure resident assessments, individualized service plans, resident service records, and other documentation is at all times current, complete, and filed in the resident health records. Help recruit and hire qualified team members in assigned communities.
