Your Responsibilities
Healthcare Customer Service Representatives handle various customer requests and concerns.
- Communicate with customers across phone, email, chat, or social media platforms
- Manage and de-escalate difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Escalate more complex inquiries to the appropriate channels
- Handle requests and, when necessary, process payment transactions
- Accurately document calls for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback to improve service quality
- Suggest relevant services to customers when appropriate

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/CMA)
- College education (RN) is an asset
- Minimum 6 months of healthcare or customer service experience
- At least 18 years old
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
- Comfortable with computer systems and Windows OS
- Active RN license for nursing roles is required
- Verification of certification/licensure for CNA/CMA, with preference for active license
- Willingness to work in a call center environment
