As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibility will be to manage client inquiries and resolve various issues through different channels: - Connect with clients via phone, email, chat, or social platforms - Resolve concerns and handle escalations calmly - Escalate matters if necessary - Assist customers with requests and process payments if required - Document call information for recordkeeping and quality assurance - Provide suggestions to improve call quality - Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services or products You will join a cooperative team environment that fosters both professional and personal development.
