
Healthcare Senior Service Line Manager in Cheyenne, WY
Job Description
A company is looking for a Senior Service Line Manager in Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and integrate strategic direction and vision for service in alignment with corporate goals
Review financial statements and provide explanations for variances along with corrective action plans
Assess performance of associates, provide coaching, and recommend training as needed
Required Qualifications
5 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven record of team contributions
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Customer-first focus with a positive attitude
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
