Be the Hemodialysis Nurse You Aspire to Be
In this role, you will:
• Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns effectively.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care.
Qualifications
• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we will assist you in obtaining it if you do not have it).
• Minimum of 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
