Your Role Includes:
• Delivering direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments while conducting thorough patient assessments.
• Creating personalized care plans and addressing patient concerns with empathy.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their holistic needs.
• Educating nursing staff about hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards.
Qualifications
• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we assist you in obtaining it if needed).
• Minimum six months of dialysis nursing experience required.
• One year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
