Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering direct patient care to individuals requiring hemodialysis.
• Overseeing treatment, performing patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient inquiries.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by recognizing their comprehensive needs—physical, mental, and emotional.
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care protocols and standards.

Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• Preferred CRRN certification (assistance available for obtaining this certification).
• A minimum of six months of dialysis nursing experience.
• One year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
