Your Role and Responsibilities: • Delivering direct patient care to those in need of hemodialysis. • Supervising treatment and care, performing assessments, and developing personalized care plans. • Establishing strong relationships with patients by addressing their physical, emotional, and mental health needs. • Educating nursing staff on standards of care, hemodialysis equipment, and patient management. Qualifications: • Active RN license as required by state regulations. • Current CPR certification. • ACLS certification within one year of hire. • CRRN certification preferred (we can assist you in obtaining this certification!). • A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required. • At least one year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
