Become the Hemodialysis Nurse You Aspire to Be - All in One Place Your responsibilities include: • Delivering direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis. • Overseeing care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. • Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery. • Educating nursing staff on managing hemodialysis patients, equipment, and standards of care. Qualifications • Current RN licensure as per state regulations. • CPR certification. • ACLS certification within one year of hire. • CRRN certification preferred (we can assist you in obtaining it if you don’t have it). • At least 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required. • 1 year of inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
