Your Role
As a Hemodialysis RN, your responsibilities will include:
• Direct patient care for inpatients requiring hemodialysis treatments.
• Conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Educating the nursing staff on the care of hemodialysis patients and equipment standards.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• A current RN license as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification is preferred (we will assist you in obtaining it if you do not have it).
• A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.
• Preferred experience of at least 1 year in an inpatient hospital setting.
