Your Role in Hemodialysis Care
• Providing direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and responding to patient inquiries.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery journey.
• Training nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment usage, and adherence to care standards.

Qualifications
• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification needed within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can assist in obtaining this if necessary).
• Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
