Title : Registered Nurse Location : Sidney, MT 59270 Job Type : Contract ( 13 Weeks) Shift : 5 : 45 AM - 6 : 15 PM Minimum Experience : Less than 1 year Responsibilities : • Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. • Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary. • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. • Advocate for patients' needs and rights. Qualifications : • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. • Current RN licensure in the state of practice. • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
