Hospice Registered Nurse – Travel or Local Opportunity | Colchester, Vermont
Ready for meaningful work where your skills truly matter? We’re looking for an experienced Hospice RN to join a compassionate team providing end-of-life care in home and inpatient settings in beautiful Vermont.
Contract Details:
• 9-week assignment
• Start: Feb 2, 2026
• 10-hour day shifts with occasional rotation
• 40 hours per week
Pay:
• Travel (100+ miles): $3,538 weekly gross
• Travel (50–100 miles): $3,100 weekly gross
• Local: $70/hr W2
What You’ll Do:
• Provide hospice care in home and inpatient settings
• Manage complex symptoms and medication administration
• Support patients and families through goals-of-care planning
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Document in NetSmart (Epic experience required within last 24 months)
Requirements:
• RN license
• AHA BLS
• 3+ years hospice or community-based experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable driving to patient homes in winter conditions
• Reliable vehicle required
