As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your main tasks will be to resolve client concerns and provide solutions through multiple channels:
- Connect with clients by phone, chat, email, or social media
- Calmly address questions and help resolve issues
- Elevate complex matters as needed
- Assist with service requests and payment processing
- Accurately log details of all client communications
- Share suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Recommend services and products when suitable

Requirements for this role include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and CNA/CMA certification
- RN degree is preferred
- At least 6 months of healthcare or customer service experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Strong understanding of computers and Windows OS
- Active RN license as needed
- Proof of education and licensure for CNA/CMA; active credential preferred
- Willing and able to work in a call center type of environment
Remote work expectations:
- Minimum 30.0 Mbps internet download speed and 15.0 Mbps upload speed
- Internet service with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- No satellite, VPN, P2P, or mobile network connections permitted
- Proof of your internet speed will be requested
- Home office space that is quiet and well-organized
