Why You’ll Love Working With Us: • Control of your schedule- You schedule your client visits • Competitive Pay - $40-45/hr • Overtime- Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays • Mileage reimbursement • Paid Time Off • IRA • AFLAC Options What You’ll Do: • Assess clients in their homes, create a care-plan, and provide nursing services • Assist with caregiver training/education as needed, utilizing your experience as an RN • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, care-partners and co-workers • Oversee care provided by non-licensed caregivers • Provide reliable care and complete timely documentation of all visits and assessments Qualifications and Skills: • Nursing degree, along with a valid MN registered nursing license • Strong clinical skills for assessing client needs and providing care • Communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Compassion and empathy • Customer service skills
