Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Spring Valley, NV

SORRY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW GRADS AT THIS TIME. NurseCore is hiring Home Care Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem cases. We’re seeking nurses who can offer at least two 8-to-12 hour shifts per week, based on patient needs and scheduling availability. Our caseload includes both pediatric and adult patients. What you'll do: • Provide compassionate in-home care for patients with chronic health needs. • Support patients with G-tubes, and based on your comfort level, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care. • Carry out additional nursing responsibilities tailored to each patient’s plan of care.
