Primarily days with night, weekend and holiday on-call involvement (United States of America)

Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
Deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients within the home setting
Participates in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Provides quality end-of-life cares and support to patient, family, and caregivers
Flexible, multitasker, demonstrates effective communication and assessment skills
IA RN license

72 hours a pay period - 8 hour shifts
Typically one holiday of on-call only per year - self scheduled
