Our Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor enjoys some notable benefits: • Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 • Full-time, Monday through Friday in the office • Office Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM • On-Call rotation • Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University • Generous PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision & 401(k) Benefits As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: • Provide oversight of all personnel and all patient care services, including making patient and personnel assignments, coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, assuring that patient needs are continually assessed, and assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care • Effectively communicates with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing care to promote coordination of patient care and planning for discharge • Assures ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient • Assures the development of the education clinical accuracy for the patient, the family, and other caregivers to promote patient progress toward mutually established goals • Participates in the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor: • Active Florida RN license and current CPR certification • A minimum of 2 years of experience within a home health agency • Strong expertise in OASIS, Medicare regulations, and Conditions of Participation • 1–2+ years of clinical leadership experience with the ability to confidently mentor, coach, and hold clinicians accountable • EMR proficiency in a home health setting • Proactive, confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced Medicare environment and is passionate about elevating patient outcomes, strengthening quality metrics, and supporting high-performing clinical teams Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
