Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Nurse based in Richmond, VA. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to individualized care plans. Responsibilities include: • Managing patients’ treatment routines and skilled nursing needs • Administering medications and injections as ordered • Performing wound care and monitoring healing progress • Conducting health assessments and documenting clinical findings • Educating patients and families on disease management and home care techniques • Coordinating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members • Supporting smooth transitions from hospital to home This role offers autonomy, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients’ recovery and quality of life.
