Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential morning care for a 46-year-old female recovering from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA).
This role is ideal for a nurse looking for a consistent, part-time morning shift in a calm, one-on-one environment.
About the Client
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Caregiver for a 46-year-old female client with paraplegia. This position is ideal for someone who values a structured environment and enjoys supporting clients who are actively engaged in their own wellness. The client is known for her kind demeanor and maintains a consistent daily routine, making for a predictable and positive work atmosphere.
Shift Times
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (M–F).
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
• Setting: Private residence in Grandville, MI.
• Team Environment: You will work in tandem with a Home Health Aide who handles heavy lifting, bathing, and other ADLs.
Responsibilities
While the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions:
• Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program.
• Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Schedule & Pay
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay Competitive pay based on experience

Qualifications
• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided) Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Patient Population
• Pediatrics (birth–21 years) Adults with complex medical needs
