We are currently looking for a compassionate nurse looking to help care for a sweet, music loving- pediatric client of ours!
As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you’ll be making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
• Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team
Qualifications
• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
