Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Harker Heights, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Daytime Visits)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Harker Heights area. This role is ideal for an RN who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a consistent daytime schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct skilled nursing visits in patient homes
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing services
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
• Accurately document visits in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations
Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Home health experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
