Job description Altomar New Mexico in is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Conduct initial evaluations and supervise nurses providing one-on-one medical care to adults.. Our nurses work flexible and predictable schedules with full clinical support anytime day or night. We are looking for a full time case manager to perform initial admission assessment visits, post hospital assessment visits, discharge assessment visits and perform daily quality assurance monitoring. Experience with wound care and IV therapy preferred. Altomar's focus is on the medical needs and treatment adults. Initial assessments, recertification and discharge visits throughout Las Cruces, Anthony, Sunland Park, Chaparral and surrounding area with electronic online documentation. Ipad/lap top provided. Background check required by state of NM. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments Review the administration of medications Assist with on call rotation one weekend per month Coordination of care Health promotion and teaching Must be licensed as an RN in the state of NM or TX as Compact state license Current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification (CPR) Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Provide care in a variety of client home settings Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly Basic computer skills for our online documentation Major medical, dental, & vision plans Group & voluntary life insurance 401K Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm Competitive pay Health Savings Account Job Type: Part time or prn Pay: Flexible COVID-19 considerations: We provide all covid 19 supplies and precautions maintained at all times.
