This opportunity is ideal for a Home Health RN with 6 months to 1 year of experience in home health care who is looking to make a meaningful impact while working a consistent day shift. Key Qualifications and Requirements: • Current RN license (pending licenses accepted) • 6 months to 1 year of home health care experience preferred; first-time home health nurses welcome • BCLS certification required • MOAB certification required; if not already certified, a 4-hour de-escalation training will be provided during the first week (passing is mandatory) • COVID-19 vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted with appropriate documentation • Ability to submit to a second set of fingerprints upon arrival for child safety protocols (home health travelers only) • Must reside beyond a 75-mile radius from Albuquerque, NM (no locals within 75 miles) • Reliable and able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM • No weekend work, on-call, or floating within other units required Position Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive home health nursing care to a caseload of patients within a 35-mile distance from base location • Ensure patient safety and de-escalate challenging situations using MOAB principles • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner electronic health records • Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes • Comply with all hospital policies, including fingerprinting and COVID-19 protocols Benefits and Perks: • Guaranteed 40-hour workweek with scheduled days off (facility may call off up to 3 days during a 13-week assignment) • Mileage reimbursed at the federal IRS standard rate for travel within 35 miles • No parking fees at the facility • Overtime eligible after 48 hours beginning October 30, 2025 About the Location: Albuquerque, NM is a vibrant city known for its rich cultural history, stunning mountain views, and access to a variety of outdoor activities.
