Home Health Registered Nurse in Wilsall, MT in Wilsall, MT

A skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Home Health and Hospice care is needed to provide compassionate, community-based nursing support in Wilsall, MT. This contract role offers an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in delivering quality patient care in home health and hospice settings.

Responsibilities:
• Provide home health and hospice nursing care to patients in their community residences
• Manage caseloads of 4–7 patients per shift, ensuring comprehensive assessment and treatment
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in on-call duties 2–4 weekday nights per week and 1–3 weekends during the contract
• Support inpatient care on med/surg floors as needed
• Adhere to all regulatory and facility standards, including emergency protocols

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years in Home Health nursing experience; hospice experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in diverse home environments

Schedule:
• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (5x8 schedule)
• On-call requirements as noted above
