Registered Nurse - Home Health | Day Shift Location: Chapel Hill, North Carolina About the Role This full-time Registered Nurse opportunity is based within a Home Health service line serving patients throughout the Chapel Hill area. About the Setting The Home Health team provides skilled nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic conditions in their home environments. Care focuses on comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, patient education, and coordination across the continuum of care. Nurses work independently in the field while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and care management teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
