This full-time, 13-week contract position is based in Ridgeville, SC, offering a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend or on-call duties. You will manage a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patient visits per day, traveling daily within your assigned service area to homes, assisted living, or nursing facilities.
