This role requires a commitment to working on-site at our Stockbridge, GA branch location. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, promote high-quality patient care, ensure compliance with regulations, and support business growth. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to Federal, State, and local laws related to certification and licensure. Your responsibilities will include long-term planning, fiscal management, and maintaining high-quality care. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment and interviews, as well as monitoring organizational performance and the quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and optimize branch operations.
• Ensure quality care delivery by supervising Clinical Manager(s).
• Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
• Support clinical leadership to enhance home care services and performance.
• Maintain an organized office environment adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct continuous quality improvement meetings and analyze patient satisfaction data to address concerns.
• Effectively communicate with the Area Director of Operations for direction and problem-solving.
• Work closely with Sales Directors and Account Managers to achieve admission targets and participate in marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of management experience in home care or hospice.
• Required home health experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and supervise staff.
• Preferred OASIS experience and certification (HCS-O, COQS, COS-C).
• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS PDGM billing is a plus.
• Experience in fiscal management, with a strong preference for candidates managing multi-million revenues.
• Understanding of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Skilled in quality improvement and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Details:
• Normal Hours: M-F / 8a-5p (ET)
• On-Call Requirement: Yes, rotating on-call shifts.
• Branch Size: 600+ Census (5.0 STAR rating)
• Annual Bonus Eligibility: Yes, based on performance.
Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required for training or meetings.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Compensation: The pay range for this role reflects a good faith estimate for full-time employment. The range may vary based on geographic location, skills, experience, education, and certifications, with a compensation range of $93,000 - $128,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive based on individual and company performance.
