Home Health RN SOCs/ Recerts / Sup Visits in Paradise, NV

NurseCore is looking for a Registered Nurse to perform and assess Start of Care, Recertification, and Supervisory visits for in-home patients. 5–10 visits per month. Pay varies depending on the patient, visit type, and assignment. What You'll Do: • Coordinate visit schedules directly with patients to meet care needs • Complete Start of Care (SOC) and recertification visits independently • Conduct supervisory visits to support and oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs • Assess patients, update plans of care, and communicate clinical changes • Document visits and clinical information accurately and on time while following agency and payer guidelines What It Takes: • Active RN license in Nevada • Minimum of 2-years clinical experience (post-grad) • Experience in Home Health • Proven experience in G-tube care • Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, wound care, and infusions is a plus! • Current hands-on CPR certification • Negative TB test within the past year What We Offer: • Weekly or daily pay options and direct deposit • 24/7 support team, real people, ready to help when you need it • W2 employment perks, overtime, liability coverage, and employer-paid taxes • Health and dental insurance after 6 months (for nurses working 30+ hours per week) #INDLV Original job Home Health RN SOCs/ Recerts / Sup Visits posted on GrabJobs ©.
