• Teach patients and their families about managing chronic conditions, medication regimens, and post-surgical care to promote self-care and recovery.
• Track patient progress, monitor for complications, and report any significant changes in the patient's condition to the physician or healthcare team.Qualifications:
• VT Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
