We’re expanding and looking for an RN who enjoys independent practice and one-on-one patient care in Arlington, VA , and the surrounding areas. Why join Grace Infusions? · Flexible scheduling ( part-time, PRN, potential for full-time) and competitive pay and mileage reimbursement What you’ll bring · Active Registered Nurse License in VA. or a compact state, BLS (ACLS a plus) · Strong IV skills (Required) · A passion for patient education and compassionate, evidence-based care Experience Preferred Responsibilities and Skills • Administer intravenous (IV) medications and therapies according to established protocols. • Monitor patients for adverse reactions during infusion therapy and respond appropriately. • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication administration, and potential side effects. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records. • PDF editing and basic computer skills (required). • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Conduct assessments of patients’ health status, including vital signs and overall well-being. • Stay informed about current best practices in infusion therapy and participate in ongoing professional development. • Travel to patients’ homes across Arlington, VA , and the surrounding areas to start and monitor IV medications • Perform focused assessments, troubleshoot line issues, and teach patients & families about the medication. • Must be accessible and have outstanding communication skills.
