Your Responsibilities
• Deliver one-on-one nursing care in a comforting home environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical team while being managed by a registered nurse.
• Implement and follow the individualized plan of care.
• Adhere to all clinical and office policies to ensure quality service.
Requirements
• Must possess a valid RN License from New Jersey or a Multistate License.
• Submit a physical examination performed within the last three years.
• Provide a TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Hold a valid BLS CPR card obtained in person.
• Have a valid driver's license to facilitate travel.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent care, or a willingness to train is essential.
