Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RN):
• Delivering dedicated one-on-one nursing care in a home setting
• Following directives from a clinical team and under the oversight of a registered nurse
• Implementing the established plan of care
• Adhering to all clinical and office policies and procedures
Requirements for Register Nurses (RN):
• Current valid RN License in New Jersey or a Multistate License
• Recent physical examination conducted within the last three years
• PPD test results or a Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR certification (must be completed in person)
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent necessary, or a willingness to undergo training
