Responsibilities of Registered Nurses (RN)
• Deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing care in a home environment
• Follow guidance from the clinical team while being supervised by a registered nurse
• Implement and adhere to the established plan of care
• Comply with all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Registered Nurses (RN)
• Current valid RN License (New Jersey or Multistate)
• Physical examination conducted within the last three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid in-person BLS CPR certification
• Active driver's license
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent preferred, or willingness to train

The bonus for eligible cases is available only after completing 500 billable hours. To qualify, employees must finalize the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of applying. This offer is valid only for first-time employees and upon completing all necessary documentation. Parents/Guardians of current or potential clients of Care Options for Kids are not eligible for this bonus, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
