As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll work directly with hospice Clients, and support them with the following types of activities:
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Delivering compassionate end of life care
Eligibility Requirements:
• Valid LPN License and IV Certification
• Valid ID
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
