Why join us? • Mileage reimbursement, or a gas card, or a company car • Full benefits Medical, Dental, Vision • Flexible Scheduling • 3 weeks of vacation plus 6 holidays • Life Insurance coverage • Tuition Reimbursement - $2,000 annually • Reimbursement for a Hospice Certification • $1,000 annual bonus for maintaining a hospice certification • Thorough orientation and on-boarding • A culture that is geared towards building nurses skill sets and promoting from within • Scrubs provided Job Details Responsibilities • Provide nursing care to patients in hospice care in patient homes and facilities • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and their families • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to patients • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Monitor and assess patient symptoms and provide comfort measures as needed • Educate patients and their families on end-of-life care and support • Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records • Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families • Advocate for patients and their families to ensure that their needs are met • Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications • Active RN license in the state of practice Interested in hearing more?
