Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Hospice care team in Ruleville, MS. As a key member of the interdisciplinary group, you will provide skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes or care facilities, offer emotional support to families, and help ensure comfort and dignity during end-of-life care.
• Assess and manage symptoms, treatments, and care plans for hospice patients
• Educate and support family members in patient care and end-of-life transitions
• Collaborate with physicians, aides, social workers, and chaplains as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Supervise Hospice Aides and ensure high standards of care
• Participate in team meetings and on-call rotation
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospice policies and HIPAA regulations

Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Mississippi
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home-based care setting
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
