Job Description
As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care under physician guidance, ensuring that each patient's individualized needs are met. You will be responsible for both direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, adhering to the standards set by the Nurse Practice Act. This position emphasizes the importance of professional development and collaboration with other healthcare team members in a collegial environment. You will be expected to uphold confidentiality, punctuality, and attendance policies.

Required Qualifications:
• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• A minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting, or a combination of medical/surgical, long-term care, home health, or hospice experience.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record software.

The salary range provided is the base pay, with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
