We are excited to announce clinical opportunities for experienced nurses to join our multidisciplinary team providing Hospice and Palliative care. This position offers weekend nursing shifts, including either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday, providing 24-hour hospice and palliative care and compensated for 40 hours of work.
In this role, you will ensure compassionate care delivery to patients at the end of their journeys, collaborating with a team of social workers and pastoral counselors to support clients and their families through this significant process.

Qualifications:
• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut
• Education: Graduate of an Associate's or diploma nursing program; BSN preferred; OASIS certification is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of one year of nursing experience, ideally in a specialty or in medical/surgical or home care settings; computer skills are preferred.
