You will educate patients, families, and healthcare team members while performing services according to physician’s orders and established plans of care. Qualifications • Graduate of an approved school of clinical education • Current state license to practice • Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed professional • Basic technological skills, including mobile device operation Preferred Education and Experience • Experience in Medicare home health or hospice is preferred but may be waived with regional approval Requirements • Valid state driver license • Automobile liability insurance as required by law • Access to reliable transportation in good working order • Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions • Current CPR certification for healthcare providers Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
