Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Tega Cay, SC

Your role is vital in providing exceptional care and meaningful experiences for patients and their families during crucial moments. As a Registered Nurse, you will advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive high-quality care while collaborating with the patient's family and the hospice care team. You'll be available for our patients after hours on weeknights from 5 pm to 8 am, Monday through Thursday, concluding on Friday morning at 8 am. Our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department will fully support you alongside your local hospice team. Qualifications: • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care. • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse. • At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred). • Reliable transportation. • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
