
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Tega Cay, SC
Job Description
Join our compassionate team as an After-hours Hospice RN where you can truly make a difference in patients' lives! We prioritize work/life balance, ensuring our nurses have time for both their professional and personal commitments. Your role is vital in providing exceptional care and meaningful experiences for patients and their families during crucial moments.
As a Registered Nurse, you will advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive high-quality care while collaborating with the patient's family and the hospice care team. You'll be available for our patients after hours on weeknights from 5 pm to 8 am, Monday through Thursday, concluding on Friday morning at 8 am. Our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department will fully support you alongside your local hospice team.

Qualifications:
• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
