Dynamic is a family owned, Medicare-certified team here to provide Home Health and Hospice care to our patients across the Greater Las Vegas area Responsibilities • Collaborating on ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders. • Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition • Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed. • Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs • Help in administering medication • Maintain accurate records Qualifications • State-approved licensure and registered nurse (RN) certification. • A minimum of 1 year experience as a registered nurse. (hospice experience preferred) • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Bilingual is a huge plus!
