Position: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Type: Full-Time
Remote/Virtual Position: No
Coverage Area: Macomb/surrounding areas
Salary: $78,000 - $85,000/yearly
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm + on call rotation

Key Qualifications:
• Associate's degree preferred
• Active Registered Nurse license in state of practice
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in hospice, home health, or specialized patient populations is highly valued
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Conducting thorough nursing assessments and developing personalized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care and patient updates
• Coordinating care activities to ensure seamless and quality care for patients
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their caregivers
• Supervising LPNs, LVNs, and hospice aides as needed
• Evaluating patient status and identifying needs for additional support
