Position: RN/Registered Nurse, Hospice
Position Type: Full-Time
Remote/Virtual Position: No
Coverage Area: Baltimore County (Essex, Middle River, Kingsville, Perry Hall and surrounding areas)
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with potential backup on call

If you have the right qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
• Associates degree preferred
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state(s) where you practice
• Current and valid CPR certification preferred - required in Georgia
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred - required in California
• Previous experience in hospice, home health, or specific patient population nursing (e.g., geriatrics, pediatrics)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, interventions, and patient updates, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Coordinate care activities, including visit scheduling, medication management, and communication with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers, responding promptly to urgent needs during on-call or admissions assignments.
• Supervise LPNs, LVNs, and hospice aides as needed, and participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical education.
• Evaluate pre-hospice services through phone, telehealth, or in-person visits and identify additional care needs.
