Skills
• Registered Nurse certification in the state of Missouri
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Strong patient assessment and evaluation skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison between patients/families and health teams
Responsibilities
• Assess and evaluate patients’ needs for and responses to care rendered
• Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document procedures as required by company policy and regulations
• Ensure satisfactory completion of clinical procedures and documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the health team
Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospice care
Education Requirements
• Nursing degree from an accredited institution
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Registered Nursing License
Experience Requirements
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Experience in hospice care is advantageous
