As a Hospice RN Field Nurse, you will provide support to patients and families to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Some of your primary responsibilities will include: • Completing an initial assessment of patient and family to determine hospice care needs. Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Active RN license • One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience • Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of hospice/home health experience preferred
